Updates on what Mick & Co are up to
Speedway rider Kyle Howarth has been crowned the British under-21 Champion.
Kyle Howarth (Speedway) came down to the gym on Friday to show me his British U21 winners trophy.
The 21 year old won in great style on Wednesday night at the Coventry Brandon Stadium.
Kyle had won using a second bike after his main was damaged after an accident in the first lap of the race after which the race was then restarted.
The second time he had a bit more work to do to make the finish line ahead of Robert Lambert.
This win at the British Championship means that Kyle will represent Great Britain in this year’s World U21 Championship qualifying rounds.
Welcome to the new SeedofSpeed website.
During the last couple of weeks we have been updating the site to implement changes, not only in the technical world, but in my world!
We hope you enjoy the new site. m c
May 2015 will be visiting Poland to run a specialist Football related training seminar for coaches and trainers. The seminar will be focused around my "Seed of Speed" training philosophy. I am very excited about this trip as Poland is starting to produce some great International Football players just not sure I should give away too many of my secrets just in case we meet in the next World Cup :))
